Make a Splash for Sea Turtles! Help Raise Funds & Earn Volunteer Hours!

High School

Every dollar you raise helps protect sea turtles and their habitats in Ghana. Your efforts will fund conservation projects that save turtle nests, educate the Ghanaian youth community, and keep our oceans safe for these incredible creatures.

Message for high schoolers: 

Want to stand out on college applications? Collaborate with Turtle Up to earn volunteer hours and develop skills that make you stand out and make a difference! Boost your resume and make a difference by gaining skills in fundraising, leadership, event organization, and community outreach. Get in contact with our team, and we can sign off on volunteer hours, just let us know how much you raised and the amount of hours spent on volunteering. This is a great opportunity to highlight your commitment to environmental conservation through community engagement!

Instructions for students: 

  1. Set a fundraising goal and share with friends, family, and community members to get the word out. 
  2. Organize events to raise money for Turtle Up sea turtle conservation
  3. Track your progress and take pictures (you may be featured in our official Turtle Up Instagram!)
  4. Get in contact with Turtle Up (admin@turtleup.org) so that we can sign off and you can receive volunteer hours

Incentive program: Top fundraisers get featured! If you are a top fundraiser, you can be featured on this website and posted on our official Turtle Up Instagram! 

Optional: advertise that we can give out free merch if they fundraise over a certain monetary amount
